Find the processing, shipping and delivery timelines for helmade.com orders below. Delivery times are provided only for orders paid with the available payment options credit card, PayPal and Sofortüberweisung. Our preferred logistic partners are DHL and UPS.

helmade customized products are individually produced for you by order. Due to the production times, however, the delivery generally requires 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation. The concrete delivery time is also stated separately for each product and reported to you and later confirmed again in the order process.

Receiving goods within the EU is duty-free. There won't be any extra costs for customs. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are dutiable. We are handling the custom registrations so that your delivery can pass customs without any issues. Be aware that there could be local custom fees. The type of custom handling and the amount of custom fees is connected to the goods delivered, the amount and the origin of shippment.

We offer free shipping on all our customized products in the EU. On all other products purchased on helmade,com, without a customized product, we charge you the standard shipping costs. Of course you can add non-customized products (f.e. accessories) to your customized helmet, in this case we won’t charge you for shipping.

We are offering worldwide shipping.
