Stilo ST6F Composite

Car Racing Helmet

The new Stilo ST6F Composite helmet is up to 11% lighter than the ST5F Composite. The weight is approximately 1370g for a small helmet shell, approx. 1490g for a medium helmet shell and approx.1600g for a large helmet shell. The reduced weight puts less strain on your neck muscles and improves overall comfort. The lightweight and extremely robust composite shell complies with the latest FIA 8859-2024 safety standard and offers excellent impact energy absorption. With an integrated radio and dynamic microphone, this helmet ensures clear communication and maximum comfort during long racing events.

Safety & Comfort

Available in 3 different shell sizes: The helmet's sizing system has been revised and now includes three different shell sizes, providing a more precise fit for different head sizes, which ensures additional comfort and stability during the race. Small shell: XS (54) - ML (58), medium shell: L (59) - XL (61), large shell: XXL (63) - XXXL (64). Please note on fit experience has shown that Stilo helmets tend to run small. We therefore recommend adding approx. 1-2 cm to the measured head circumference.

Each and every helmade product is handmade. Customizing a helmet requires a high qualitative product and unique handcrafting skills.
A big part of the helmade process is the preparation phase which sets the base for a perfect painting of your individual product.
All design elements of your helmade design are masked by hand, accurate to a millimeter. This is where some magic happens.
Each color is lacquered separately. In between painting the different color layers, each lacquer requires a perfectly timed drying time.
We only use quality lacquers for our paintings which we’ve thoroughly selected to reach the best possible result.
Painting gradients and effects need experience and time. We put in all our passion when hand-painting your helmade product.
A special moment is the final ‚unwrapping’. Carefully all tapes have to be pulled down, without damaging the lacquering.
Before our products get a glossy or matte finishing, your signature is painted on each side of the helmet.
