The CK-6 is designed for young racers. In the design process Arai especially considered the ergonomic conditions of children with the goal to develop a specifically designed product for children heads. A SFL (Super Fibre Laminated) construction allows an ultra-light but nevertheless safe production of the outer shell. An immensely strong chin bar of the shell guarantees a better impact management and delivers a high level of safety. An extra-large 90mm eye port serves the young pilot with an increased peripheral vision and orientation on the race track. Easier putting on and off due to a wider helmet opening.


  • Dual intake holes (integrated in chin bar) for an optimized ventilation

  • 10mm large intake and exhaust holes for increased airflow

  • 2mm thick, 2-dimensional special visor (not interchangeable with GP-6 or GP-5)

  • SNELL / FIA CMR 2016 karting certification
